Coverage The warranty covers any defects in the materials and workmanship of the Hip & Ridge Shingle Product. If a defect is found to be covered by the warranty, Owens Corning will replace the defective shingles, and the replacement shingles will be covered under the remaining warranty period.

Exclusions The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or failure to install the shingles according to Owens Corning’s installation instructions. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage caused by exposure to harmful substances, such as chemicals or pollutants, nor does it cover any damages caused by acts of God, such as earthquakes or hurricanes.
