Specifications
The Touch MA Controller (Model: PAR-CT01MAU-SB), a user-friendly zone controller that comes with a customizable 180-color touchscreen interface. It features scheduling capabilities, supports multiple languages, and Bluetooth connectivity for local control via the MELRemo app. Please note that it requires MAC-334IF-E for use with M-Series ductless products.
Warranty Information
Effective from February 1, 2022, the Mitsubishi Electric Trane SMART MULTI Split-ductless Air-conditioner and Heat Pump Systems purchased from a licensed HVAC contractor and installed in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii are covered under warranty.
This warranty applies to all compatible M-Series, P-Series, and City Multi indoor models, as listed in the compatibility charts.
Parts and compressors are warranted for five (5) and seven (7) years from the date of installation, respectively. In case of a defect, METUS will replace the faulty part or compressor free of charge, with the warranty extending to ten (10) years for residential single-family homes registered within 90 days of installation or twelve (12) years if installed by a DIAMOND CONTRACTOR.
It’s important to note that labor costs or other expenses incurred for maintenance, repair, installation, or compliance with local building and electrical codes are not covered under this limited warranty. Additionally, the warranty only applies to systems installed by licensed HVAC contractors in line with the manufacturer’s installation and operation instructions and good trade practices.
Proof of purchase, installation, and start-up of the System is required to qualify for the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty may be subject to dispute resolution through binding arbitration.
If you require warranty parts, please contact the licensed HVAC Contractor who installed the SMART MULTI system, another licensed HVAC contractor or servicer, or an authorized SMART MULTI Distributor. Please refer to the warranty documentation for further exclusions and limitations.
