I started out buying solar from one company and a different company came out to audit my contract and was able to save me 30k so I went with them. Universal Electric and Solar PNW reached out to me and I was reluctant to entertain what they would say. I’m so thankful I did. Universal Electric and Solar PNW came out and went over what they could offer me. They saved me almost 60k. They have been true to their word and kept me up to date along the way. This company has high morals when the other companies just want to stick it to you. I personally can’t say enough about universal electric and solar PNW. If anyone uses a different company you will be wasting your money. One company visited an elderly woman on a fixed income and had her sign a contract to add solar. Universal Electric and Solar visited with her and helped her get out of the contract. They even told her it wasn’t feasible for her to get solar as her power bill was low anyway. I received a call from UEPNW after they'd seen the permits for the solar system I had being installed come through the public record. I admit, I was skeptical at first, but after having a conversation with Lisa, she did genuinely want to make sure I was educated and not being taken advantage of. Scheduled a sit down, and was able to reduce the cost of a better system by more than 50%. Joel explained everything clearly, I never felt pressured into anything, everybody has had genuine concern of educating first and foremost, and I appreciate that a lot. I really appreciate the time and energy both Enzo and Joel brought with them when they stopped by to share some information and options with us. Our first experience looking into solar energy felt positive but we honestly didn't know what to look for or ask and the process just really took off before we could catch up. Enzo and Joel took their time explaining things and answering my questions and doing side by side comparisons that really helped me understand more about what we could stand to gain when I know and understand a little more.
