Telemarketing at Evergreen Home Pro is an appointment-setting role. You will speak with homeowners by phone, introduce our home improvement services, ask simple qualifying questions, and schedule appointments for our sales team when there is a good fit.
The focus is on helpful, professional conversations. You are not expected to close the project over the phone. Your job is to create interest, confirm basic project details, and make it easy for homeowners to meet with a specialist.
What the work looks like
You will spend your shift making outbound calls, setting appointments, confirming homeowner information, and documenting each conversation clearly for the sales team.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone, can stay positive through repetition, follows a process, and enjoys helping people decide whether our services are worth a closer look.
